Godara Label will never require your banking password, card PIN or payment OTP in order to process a legitimate refund.
13. ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
If you wish to cancel an order, contact:

as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before dispatch.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been:
• Packed for final dispatch;
• Shipped; or
• Handed over to a delivery partner.
If cancellation is no longer possible, an eligible return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For a successfully cancelled prepaid order, the eligible payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
14. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Under our current policy, eligible return or size-exchange requests should generally be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must satisfy the eligibility conditions stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
