Shipping Coverage

- Delivery is available in metro cities, tier 2, and tier 3 cities

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check the checkout page for current offers
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes
- COD availability is shown at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
Failed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again the next business day
- After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
